Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing congressional process.
